Pregnancy massage is a swedish or deep tissue style massage which is performed in such a manner to be safe, beneficial and comfortable for women in all stages of pregnancy. Pregnancy massage is performed by a licensed massage therapist with special training and certification in "Mother Massage" taught by Elaine Stillerman.

The massage will focus primarily on relaxation but will also address specific pain or discomfort which is unique to the postural changes which occur during pregnancy. Reflexology may also be used to alleviate other discomfort such as nausea.

The client receiving pregnancy massage will have the option to enjoy the massage in a side lying position or face down using "Body Contour Cushions" which are designed to safely accomodate and support the woman's growing belly and enlarged breasts.
